What are your shipping times?
Your product should reach you in 2-4 working days with 2nd Class shipping or 1-2 Working days with 1st Class shipping.
However, some products may take longer than this due to general shipping isssues. We advise to allow up to 7 working days before contacting us to investigate.
Orders outside of the UK (Europe and Other countries) are estimated to arrive between 5 to 7 working days, but can be up to 10 working days, if outside of Europe or due to general logistical delays.
How much does shipping cost?
Shippping fees are calculated automatically at check-out. The amount charged for shipping is directly from the shipping providers and no additonal costs are incurred to customers other than the shipping cost alone. .
Do you accept returns?
If for any reason you would like to return your item, you will have 30 days to file for a return after receiving your item. You can do this by filling in the contact form or emailing us at contactjazakuk@gmail.com.
We strongly recommend customers to read our returns policy at the bottom off this page before filing for a return.
I haven't received my order yet
If you have not received your oder within the estimated delivery time - please allow a further 7 working days.
If your order is still delayed, email us as soon as possible with your order number and we will get this resolved for you.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worlwide based on Royal Mails coverage.
Please do note, all orders will be shipped from the United Kingdom and recipent countries may apply fees and/or taxes to products shipped internationally.
Customers are responsible for all additional customs fees. Our delivery fee just covers the product being shipped out of the UK.
