Shipping policy

We use Royal Mail as the courier to ship to our customers. You should expect your item to reach you in 2-4 working days with 2nd Class shipping and 1-2 working days with 1st Class shipping (Please allow 1 working day to process orders). However, this time may vary depending on the circumstances, such as Covid-19 delaying delivery times.

We offer FREE 2nd Class delivery for orders above £50, this will be accounted for when checking out. Customers ordering goods amounting to less than £50, will be charged £3.99 or £4.99 depending on the shipping method chosen. (UK only). 

International shipping is available! The cost of shipping will be accounted for when checking out. Orders are shipped from the United Kingdom and any customs fees must be paid for by the customer - separate to the price of the product purchased. Please double check whhether the country you are shipping to will apply any fees and proceed on this basis. 

For any concerns over shipping, you can contact us 24/7 at contactjazakuk@gmail.com. However, we advise our customers to follow the guidance given by Royal Mail, which is to wait up to 10 days before filing for a claim.
